After Sales
After Sales is a service we treat with top priority, and it begins from the moment you place your order. If you should experience difficulty with the service that you are provided with, no matter how small, then please contact us immediately where we will try to resolve the problem quickly and effectively in a manner that will minimize any inconvenience to you.

Technical Support
If you should need help or advice on any of the products shown on this website, or any that you have purchased, or if you have any technical queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01425 620210.  Our hours of business are from 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, where we will be pleased to help you in any way we can.

Trial
We provide a 14 day trial on all our products and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the goods to us and we will provide you with a full refund. We cannot provide a refund if the goods are damaged or have been tampered with in any way. The goods were purchased more than 14 days previously or if there is no receipt with the returned goods.


Credit Terms for Local Authority and Trade Accounts only
Normal credit terms are 30 days from date of Invoice.
Note: If payment is not received within the specified payment period then an overdue penalty of 2.5% may be added to the account for each outstanding month.


Guarantee
All NewTech products carry a 1 year guarantee. Please note that products not manufactured by NewTech will carry the manufacturers own guarantee. The period of Guarantee on Neckloops, Earloop Leads, Microphone Leads and other Connecting Cables, is 3 months.
Note: Please be aware that the Guarantee becomes Null and Void if the product has been subject to misuse, modified, damaged or repairs carried out by other than an approved NewTech Technician.


Delivery, Installation, Post and Package
All prices shown include Delivery, Installation and Post and Packaging. Prices for Post & Packaging are shown against each item. If you require overnight delivery, please be sure to arrange this with us when placing your order.


Part Delivery
Normally all orders will be delivered complete. However, if for reasons beyond our control we are unable to deliver complete, then we reserve the right to deliver in part and to invoice for the goods delivered.


Damaged Goods
If any products arrive damaged, please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your Order. We cannot accept responsibility for claims made after that time.

Our Consultation/Quotation Service
If you require a Loop System and have exact specifications for a room or a number of rooms, simply call us on 01425 620210, where we will provide you with information and costing on the best system for you. If you would like an On-Site Consultation/Quotation, one of our representatives will be pleased to visit and advise on the best system for your needs. There is no charge for this service.
