Albany Prison
Albany Prison required sound reinforcement for hard of hearing staff in their training rooms, with confidentiality being a primary concern. For this reason, induction loop systems were not suitable due the small amount of ‘overspill’ into adjacent rooms. It was decided that an infra red system would be the best option for this scenario. Each room was fitted with Sennheiser infra red modulators/radiators and rechargeable headset and neckloop receivers were supplied, allowing multiple hard of hearing users the chance to hear training sessions clearly.
