Brief of the church sound system requirements
Emsworth Baptist church was a new construction project. They required a high quality audio visual system that would be used for church services and community events / concerts. The church sound system was to be used for public address, background music and live music events.
Installation
Newtech Southern Ltd was asked to design, supply and install a new AV system for the church. The video system comprised of a ceiling mounted NEC 5500 lumens WXGA projector, Kramer switcher and multiple floorbox connection points throughout the church. The church sound system comprised of an Allen & Heath mixer, Crown amplifiers, TOA radio microphones, Electriovoice 12″ speakers & 15″ subwoofer and various floorbox connection points for microphone, instruments and foldback monitors. Audio and video feeds were also linked into the foyer area where 42″ screens and TOA speakers were installed.
